We are pleased to announce that our services are certified according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, the international accreditation for information security management by the certifying entity Bureau Veritas!
Today we are delighted to share this great news: Guaranteeing our commitment to the highest levels of security at an international level, Acisa has obtained the ISO/IEC 27001 accreditation that specifies the necessary requirements to establish, implement, maintain and improve information security management systems. This certification demonstrates that we have studied and implemented the appropriate information security processes to meet commercial, legal, contractual and regulatory requirements, confirming, once again, to our existing and potential partners and clients that they can trust us.
The ISO/IEC 27001 certification is an auditable standard published as an international standard in October 2005 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) that defines the safety management requirements of the information “Information Security Management System — ISMS” as a set of policies, procedures, processes and systems that manage and monitor information risks, such as cyber-attacks, hacking, theft and data leaks. As highlighted by the International Organization for Standardization, the ISO/IEC 27001 standard offers a series of benefits such as the security of information in all its forms, including paper, cloud and digital data, greater resistance to cyberattacks, the central administration of all information and the protection of data integrity, confidentiality and availability.
The audit and certification process was carried out by Bureau Veritas, the global testing, inspection and certification services company.
