We continue to reinforce the principle of equal treatment and opportunities for all people who are part of the organisation, regardless of their gender. We have strengthened our tools and mechanisms to prevent and fight against any gender-based discrimination that may occur within the company.
Entre ellos, el These include the “Equality Plan of Aeronaval de Construcciones e Instalaciones, S. A.,” which establishes the objectives to obtain effective equality between men and women, as well as the strategies, practices, and systems to monitor and evaluate the objectives set. This Plan also aims to learn about the reality of equality between women and men in the company and to detect opportunities for improvement.
The Plan has been negotiated and signed unanimously by the Negotiating Committee constituted on 27 September 2021, composed of members appointed by the company’s directors on behalf of Aeronaval de Construcciones e Instalaciones, S. A., and by representatives of the Spanish Workers’ Commission (CCOO) and the UGT Fica trade union on behalf of the workers and centres without union representation, as the most representative union organisations in the sector.
This Equality Plan will be in force until 30 June 2026 and applies nationwide (Spain), to all employees of Aeronaval de Construcciones e Instalaciones, S. A., and to anyone assigned by temporary employment agencies while they provide services to the user company.
The Equality Plan includes the Protocol for the Prevention and Action against Sexual Harassment and/or Gender-based Harassment, as well as the Complaint Model and the figure of the equality agent. Here is more information about each of these:
